C1907 Confusion

Guan Yunfei had brought up this topic again, clearly referring to something else. I think at this point, Lei Zheng was basically certain that the thing that was messing with him was given to Qiao Shi Da by Guan Yunfei. Guan Yunfei also seemed to intentionally let Lei Zheng know that he was helping him.
