Esaki's lips twisted into a wicked grin, pleased with the rapid increase in his strength.

Yet, he was aware that his power was merely a reflection of his body's overall capabilities, and without any real combat experience, he'd likely lose if he faced off against a true Naval Headquarters Major.

"Time to move on, let's head out," he instructed the trio of dinosaurs.

The ankylosaur issued a deep, resonant "Moo" and began to back up slowly; the cramped quarters of the small house made it impossible for the creature to turn around.

Upon reaching the deck, the dinosaurs had completely overtaken the twenty-meter vessel.

"Come on over, we're switching ships," he called out to the occupants of the dilapidated craft.

Esaki, a Pirate Hunter rather than a pirate, wasn't too particular about ships. However, the battered state of this small, broken vessel, scarred and worn, was too much to overlook.

The Australovenator responded with an eager roar and leapt mightily toward the ship.

Boom!

The vessel rocked violently as the dinosaur's sharp claws tore through the wooden deck.

"Who said you could come over like that? Don't you know your own strength?" Esaki chided the Australovenator with a mix of exasperation and disbelief.

The Australovenator growled back softly, baring a row of teeth in what seemed like a mocking grin.

Esaki rolled his eyes and checked the Australovenator's stats.

He observed in amazement.

Touching the Australovenator's skin, he found it icy to the touch, like cold iron, and despite his own formidable strength, he couldn't make an impression on it.

The stronger the Australovenator, the better for him.

"Let's set out for Loguetown!" he told Gaimon.

Loguetown was where the Pirate King, Gol D. Roger, met his end. Pirates often visited to see the execution platform, and it was the hotspot for pirates in the East Blue.

He wasn't interested in the execution platform; there was nothing appealing there for him. He didn't idolize the Pirate King, Roger. His sole purpose was to hunt pirates and claim their bounties.

Five days later, the pirates of the East Blue were living in fear, hesitant to wander the seas lest they become someone's next victim.

In a stretch of ocean...

Boom! Boom!

"Curse the navy, prepare for boarding..."

"Ahhh!"

Boom!

Two naval warships were in hot pursuit of a pair of pirate vessels, exchanging cannon fire that mostly missed its mark, plunging into the ocean, with only a few shots hitting the ships and detonating.

"Hmm... the Blood Wolf Pirates..."

Esaki, standing at the prow of a ship brimming with dinosaurs, observed the skirmish from a distance.

"To think I'd encounter pirates so close to Loguetown. Lucky me."

"But the navy..."

He stroked his chin, eyes narrowing.

'Is it really okay to steal the navy's quarry?'

'But... surely they wouldn't mind, would they?'

"Speed up."

Esaki smirked and whispered.

With a roar, the Mosasaur lashed its tail, propelling the ship forward with a sudden burst of speed.
