C5 Beautiful Teacher
In the senior year arcane class, Liu Feng arrived early to catch a glimpse of what his classmates were up to, only to find them all abuzz with conversation.
"Have you heard? We've got a new intern teacher in our class today."
"Really? You seem awfully thrilled."
"They say she's a knockout – absolutely gorgeous."
"??"
"I'm skeptical. No way she's prettier than Teacher Yuqing."
"Believe it or not, it's your loss. Oh, here she comes..."
At that moment, Liu Feng turned toward the classroom door and saw a statuesque woman in a business suit and black high heels standing there.
A languid voice tinged with allure filled the room, "Hello everyone, I'm your new intern teacher, Zhuang Qiushuo, and I'll be leading today's arcane class."
Liu Feng mused to himself that her name suited her perfectly. The black suit jacket and crisp white shirt accentuated her curves so dramatically, he half-expected the buttons to give way at any second.
Glancing around, he noticed his male classmates with vacant stares and looks of rapture, their lecherous natures on full display. It seemed he was the only one who could keep his composure, stealing only the occasional glance. This woman was like a siren, calling to them. Stay strong, comrades.
The first day of arcane class was proving to be quite the thrill – a sign that he'd likely become a regular here, Liu Feng silently concluded.
However, Liu Feng would soon come to realize that things don't always go as planned.
"Since the term began over a month ago, has anyone managed to cast an arcane spell?" she asked.
The students exchanged glances, but no one spoke up.
"Very well, let me show you how to release arcane energy more effectively..."
"Just like this," said the beautiful teacher as she lifted her hand. "ShaSha!" A verdant sapling sprouted from her palm, then disintegrated into a cloud of dust, which transformed into a crystal green butterfly. It circled the teacher before fluttering into her chest.
Liu Feng nearly let slip an expletive, utterly astounded by the spectacle. It was a sight to behold, truly a case of the butterfly outshining the human.
Beside Liu Feng, a portly classmate was so entranced that he even started to get a nosebleed.
"Does anyone know which type of arcane I just used?" the beautiful teacher asked with a subtle smile.
"Was it light?" one girl responded.
"Where did you see light? That was fire, wasn't it?" another girl questioned, looking puzzled at the first girl.
"Nonsense, it was obviously summoning," a boy interjected loudly.
"Yes, absolutely, it was summoning. It was a butterfly that came from a little tree, and in the end, it crashed into..." The boy stopped abruptly, realizing his mistake, and fell silent.
"Crashed into what?" the girls inquired with curiosity.
The boy blushed and hung his head in embarrassment.
The beautiful teacher grinned mischievously and said, "Those who saw butterflies, please raise your hands." Without exception, every boy in the class raised his hand, leaving the girls bewildered.
The beautiful teacher's smile widened as if she were playing a trick on the students. She turned and wrote a single word on the blackboard: "Illusion."
The boys were taken aback, feeling as though they were caught in an endless series of surprises. In the moment the beautiful teacher turned, the boys caught a glimpse of the perfect oval of her form and the curves of her backside. The sight of her long, black-stockinged legs was captivating—she was stunning.
Liu Feng thought to himself, "This scene is too stimulating. Any normal man would be..." He coughed to clear his throat. This was a classroom, after all. He needed to maintain control. The sacred classroom was no place to let his baser instincts take over. He was here to master the highest secrets of the arcane.
The boys felt this was the most challenging class they had ever attended. From start to finish, they had hardly listened to a word, too distracted by the beautiful teacher.
The beautiful teacher turned back to face the students, snapping some of the boys out of their daydreams, though a few remained helplessly lost in their wild fantasies.
"The arcane I demonstrated was of the illusion type, the intermediate spell Phantom. Illusion is a unique branch of the arcane that can conjure images and kill without leaving a trace. What you all saw were merely illusions. However, I crafted multiple illusions—you see what you most desire. For instance, the girl who practices fire saw a flame, while the girl longing for the awakening of the second element, light, saw a ball of holy light. And the boys," she chuckled, "well, you girls might want to be cautious around the boys in our class. Perhaps you should ask them what they saw."
The girls were inquisitively asking the boys next to them what they had seen, causing the boys to blush and lower their heads, too embarrassed to meet the gaze of the attractive teacher.
"Why are you guys all talk and no action? Won't anyone share what they saw?" Zhuang Qiushuo teased with a sardonic smile.
"You young men shouldn't get carried away with your thoughts. Remember, you have a duty to protect humanity," Zhuang Qiushuo said, her tone shifting to one of seriousness, a stark contrast to her previous playful demeanor.
"Alright, that's it for today. Farewell, my dear boys and girls!" And just like that, Zhuang Qiushuo was back to her carefree self.
"Hey, hey, hey, what exactly did she say?" The girls, driven by curiosity, pressed for answers.
The boys just sighed and left the classroom with looks of frustration, none of them speaking up.
Liu Feng was equally baffled. He had assumed the teacher, who had the allure of a fairy, had simply coasted through life, but her class had been unexpectedly engaging, leaving all the boys outmatched.
The students dispersed one by one.
A tall, slender man approached Liu Feng. "Feng, you're finally back among us. It's been too long."
"Haha, Sanfeng, indeed, it's been ages."
Sanfeng was one of Liu Feng's closest friends. When Sanfeng's family faced hardship, Liu Feng had always been there to support him quietly.
"How's your mom doing?"
"She's getting better, thanks to you, Feng," Zhang Sanfeng said with heartfelt gratitude. If Liu Feng hadn't secretly given him 100,000 yuan for his mother's surgery, she might not have recovered. Liu Feng had even run away from home due to the conflict this caused. Because of this, Zhang Sanfeng was determined to excel in his arcane studies to repay Liu Feng's generosity.
"Since you've been out, my mom's been really worried. Hearing that you're awake has put her at ease."
"Feng, what about that gorgeous teacher? Wow, those legs, that figure, did she catch your eye?"
"Cough, cough, do I seem like that kind of guy? I wasn't really paying attention during class. I'll have to take a closer look next time."
"How come it looked like your eyes were practically glued to Ms. Zhuang's chest in class? You even raised your hand, remember?"
"Sanfeng, you're cruising for a bruising!" Liu Feng, hitting a raw nerve, bellowed and launched a kick at Zhang Sanfeng.
"Hahaha..." With an elegant Wind Dance, Zhang Sanfeng deftly sidestepped Liu Feng's kick.
"Low-level arcane—Wind Dance, impressive. Sanfeng, you've gotten better. You never raised your hand in class." Flames flickered to life in Liu Feng's hand, and with a flick, he cast them aside. "Flame Burst!" A thunderous roar ensued as flames scattered in all directions. Zhang Sanfeng felt a rush of heat sweep across his face.
"No, no, I was wrong, Feng." Zhang Sanfeng, relieved that the Flame Burst wasn't aimed at him, was still shaken.
"Feng, you nearly scared me to death. If that hit my face, wouldn't I be a goner?"
"What's there to fear? If it had hit you, you'd be toast. But I didn't throw it at you, did I?"
"Feng, why didn't you raise your hand?"
"Silence is golden, hehe."
At that moment, Zhuang Qiushuo stood beside Liu Feng and Zhang Sanfeng, completely unnoticed by them! She was utilizing a beginner's shadow arcane—Shadow Evade! Zhuang Qiushuo appeared invisible, using the shadow arcane to bend the light around her. Similarly, the light arcane—Light Evade, also uses the holy light arcane to bend light, achieving invisibility.
Yet, this was merely an illusion of invisibility. An intermediate arcanist present would have sensed it, and an expert could spot the anomaly instantly. The spot where Zhuang Qiushuo concealed herself looked empty, but a discerning observer would notice air currents diverging around it, some even rebounding as if hitting an invisible wall.
"These two kids are quite the masters of concealment," Zhuang Qiushuo mused, stroking her chin thoughtfully.
